1. Session Format

• Format: Online video or audio call

• Duration: 45–60 minutes per standard session

• Languages: English and Chinese

2. Fees

• €85 per session (student rate: €60), inclusive of Dutch VAT (21%)

• For international students with AON health insurance and clients with aanvullende verzekering, your fees can be partially reimbursed. Please check with your insurance company.

• For clients with Dutch basic insurance, you fees cannot be reimbursed.

• Payment by WeChat Pay in CNY at the live exchange rate (approx. ¥700, or ¥480 at student rate)

• Payment by PayPal in other currencies, also at the live exchange rate

3. Free Initial Consultation

Not sure if we're the right fit? I offer a free 15-minute video call so we can get to know each other, discuss what you're hoping to work on, and explore whether we're a good match. There's no obligation to proceed — it's a two-way conversation.

4. Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

• To cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund or free rescheduling.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the session fee. This policy ensures fairness to all clients and protects everyone's time.

5. Financial Hardship Support

I believe that financial constraints should never be a barrier to getting help. If you are facing genuine economic difficulty, please mention it when you reach out — I reserve a limited number of subsidised spots and will do my best to accommodate you.
